Can anyone tell me if they have run into this issue?

I have pretty much a stock Evo 9 with zero tuning and after market BOV and aftermarket clutch.

I am currently only getting 10 psi from my gauge. It happened very suddenly and now I pretty much have no boost. I can hear the turbo spool, I can hear my BOV go off as normal, and I checked for possible leaks. I found no leaks but my Evo is behaving as if there were a leak.

I did a leak test on pretty much every possible thing I could find. I even also tried to open the wastegate and found the same results to see if it was a vacuum line issue/wastegate issue.

Could this be my turbo? Turbo doesn't make or react any different than prior to this issue. Could it be a wastegate issue? Could it be something else?

I fixed this issue by making sure all factory vacuum hoses are installed properly. I did not have the factory pill restrictor installed on the Turbo side. I had initially removed it due to the manual boost controller I had installed prior. I was restriction the turbo and vacuum system from operating correctly by removing the restrictor pill. I am boosting correctly at 20 now.
