Is the 02 sensor working? Unplugged?
Some info regarding, injectors, fuel pump, regulators etc.... may help.
Evo scan data also is very helpful to measure fueling parameters during idle to see what is going on.
I cant remember the list of items off the top of my head but 02 correction is one of them.

I just looked through your bin file.........you need to smooth out the timing in the idle area. That could very well be the cause of ur oscillation. your injector latencies need some work too. anymods on the car?

ps. Unless you made the timing map the way it is to avoid uncovering the actual map, I wouldn't go wot on this map. that's just me!

My suggestion is to go to a reputable tuner in ur area and have them tune it. You have this far with the mods, It would be good to go the extra step for a good tune!

I agree with detroit pistins. Need a tune (latencies are off, timing is off at idle). More importantly do not WOT on this!!! The timing is way too high at peak load. Up top is fine.

You need to log O2 Sensor Volts. What's your fuel pressure at idle?
