Lightbulb New to Tuning EBC question

New to tuning, and F/I; I've been learning nonstop since pre-purchase. I want to learn and buy whatever I need for what I desire before going to the tuner. I bought an EVO VIII with a lot of mods that has been running super rich. I had to replace a couple sensors and clean carbon deposits from everywhere. Now after replacing I need to get a clean tune. She currently has a Hallman MBC. My goal is to have multiple maps, lets say an economy and a sport, for general description sake. My ECU is stock. What is the best way to achieve this? Is all I need an EBC like an Accessport or something to hold multiple maps that I can just switch when I want to on the EBC? Thanks in advance, any and all advice is appreciated.

If you're sticking with the Stock ECU read up on Tephramod V7. I think that may help you get to what you are after.
