MAFT delete ?
For all the experts here I need your help please.
I'm in Toronto so I don't have a great deal of choice with availability of tuners.
I've been back to the tuner at least 4 times now and the issue is the same. Car is ok just after tuning but by the following day I start having driveability issues. Rough idle, bucking when on / off gas; Misfire at 6k rpm when I'm supposed to have the most power.
My suspicion is that it's due to the tuner removing the stock MAFT and not putting a suitable replacement in place. I.E. speed density or GM.
So currently there is no sensor hooked up. I was told that he supposedly compensated for this in the ECU ???????
Grateful for any advise. And yes I know get a new tuner. I'll likely have to drive across the border.
Thanks

Just get a remote tune. Many people you can get in touch with through the forum to do a tune for you. I'm not going to recommend someone because I don't have experience with all but there are many out there that would be very good choices.
