AVC-R and Tephra v7, Any changes required / recommended?

AVC-R and Tephra v7, Any changes required / recommended?
Hi all,
New to the forum and evos in general.
The car in question is a JDM evo8 GSR and it is running the AVC-R boost controller with a Tephra 96260709 rom.
Have a query regarding the inbuilt Turbo and direct boost features on the rom. Do any specific modifications have to be made to these maps and tables, disable them perhaps if running an electronic boost controller?
The car was purchased as is and the AVC-R is installed correctly and working.
I am unfamiliar with the plumbing / wiring differences between the stock setup and the AVC-R and am unsure if these features are made redundant by default when the AVC-R is installed. I have attached a screen shot of the list/menue.
