Please critique this tune

Guys / Gals - can you take a look at this definition for an engine with the following mods? [.bin file attached]

Pls advise if the definition is a safe tune given the mods – print screens (off ecuedit or similar software) for any issues discovered are welcomed, not asking for any trade secrets but what could be better or if any of the fail safes are appropriate.

Ambient temperature at location ~32°C to 36°Celcius

2.4 4G64 on 93oct with water/meth – CT9a chassis
Goal – 30 psi tune

Mods as follows:-

Heads
-Port and Polished EVO 7 head
-GSC R2 cams
-GSC 5041 springs and retainers
-OEM valves

Bottom End
-4G64 block
-Manley stroker pistons 86.5mm (9:1 Compression)
-Manley 156mm H-Beam rods
-ACL bearings
-AMS head gasket


Accessories
-Aftermarket FPR
-Stock throttle body
-Stock intake manifold
-FP exhaust manifold
-Turbolabs of america GT35r reverse scroll turbocharger
-Ported 10.5 backend
-MAP O2 eliminator downpipe
-3 in exhaust
-ebay I/c bar and plate
uicp short route
ID High Z 1000cc Injectors
3 port EBC
Stock ECU off a jdm E7
Water/Meth Kit
COP System

1) Fix your throttle so you see 100%.
2) Boost leak test
2) Your load factor is incorrect.
3) Chances are your knock sensor isnt tuned correctly. 2.4's are noisey. Theres how to's, just search.
4) Log your boost

Fix those things and come back.
Im not bothering pulling up your ROM because I can already predict what your timing tables look like by what the log is showing...
