I have a Tactrix 1.3u cable which is not in the best of shape. I recrived it in a lot of parts I bought off a local guy that had just sold his evo. I also have a Snap On PassThru Pro III which i use for work.

So my question is , has anyone tried to use a pass through device such as the snap on one with evoscan or ecuflash?

 

Try it, see how it goes. I'm curious myself as I'm looking into picking up a J-Box Passthrough and was always curious if I could use it with the Evo. I see absolutely zero reason why not. Although OP has the advantages of being able to add custom defs and whatnot.
