global boost control + wgdc ?
Hello everyone. so im trying to tune but i keep getting different readings so i am guessing there is something that needs a little tweak. i use a mbc not ecu controlled but i looked at my global boost control settings and my boost error correction load map has numbers that do not make sense and if i switch the value it messed with the boost error correction psi map.
also i noticed when i hit boost the waistgate opens right away. i thought it was not suppose to open until i hit desired boost or close to it. if i go wot the wgdc goes to zero.
excel is rpm/boost/wgdc

If you use a manual boost controller that won't make a difference. The WGDC you're logging is what the ECU is commanding and not a value logged from a sensor.

If you are using a manual boost controller you don't need to worry about any of the boost control stuff. As far as I know those tables are to command different WGDC to an electronic boost controller and do nothing if you aren't using ECU boost control.
