Problems LC1 and Evoscan

Problems LC1 and Evoscan

Innovate LC1 connected to evoscan through adapter rs232- USB

During the log record WDB constantly stops recording.
You have to press start or reconnect USB


I tried to change the USB settings did not help
Changed the adapter did not help


the same problem occurs on LC2 from another person.

Again the problem is that the log is constantly cut off and have to press the start button
