Can you provide some more info? What kind of car specifically. Looks like you have a galant. But your asking for an evo 8... These guys have a good list of tuners for you I’m sure. There is a thread right below this one which lists some good names.

It’s an evolution 8. Bone stock. Tractrix cable on the way. Electronic boost controller. Catback exhaust
