hey guys. after a couple weeks of trying to figure this out I figured id ask here. I have tried to search but didn't find what I was looking for....

my issue is when I open up evoscan, and connect my 1.3u cable, on the right side of the screen the block turns green and says its connected but the values in the reading column either show but don't move, or they are just blank. I originally had evoscan 2.9 downloaded. I deleted all that and tried the 2.7 version and still no luck.

any advice?

 

1. What driver are you using?
2. Have you tried to reinstall the driver?
3. I know that If you're going to use openecu it is recommended to use their driver for the tactrix (for the openport 2.0 as far as i know)
4. Is there a chance you could try another laptop?
5. Do you have the flash cable also plugged in ? ( the smaller white connector)

Try these and let us know how you go!
