Ecu

Hi I bought a evo 4 and with it came a spare ecu which is supposed to be from the evo 5.Can anybody please help me identify what it is please . Part numbers are. JE331B33702B and MH7203FA

It a Evo 6 TME Ecu, nothing extraordinary, just like standard evo 5-6 ecu with modified rom inside.

I tune a lot off oldtime JDM Evos and see a lot of Ecus, and MH7203FA chip used only in Evo 6 TME Ecu, other evo 5-6 ecus use MH7203F chips with different memmodel.

I got the ecu when I bought the evo 4 . Is there anything special about the ecu ?

Nothing Special, but you need to check wiring pinout if it properly done, and check your injectors (510cc- yellow, or 560cc pink) wich one you have and check injector scaling in your rom file.
