dual map flex fuel and speed density

so i have a full flex fuel set up and a speed density kit. i am wondering if it'll be safe to drive up to get tuned? the dyno tuner lives 30 mins away. I am thinking that i cant because the car is tuned for maf that it wont even turn on even with the new speed density kit.

Ive had to make that 30 min drive a couple of times myself to see the tuner on non scaled injectors. The general rule of thumb is stay out of any manifold pressure & vacuum your way in.
Your situation is a bit different as your going in on a new SD setup. I guess you should try to start it & see if it runs? If not, cheap insurance on flat bedding the EvO there!

Do you have a wideband gauge? If so, how does it idle? Lean or rich? If your cruising AFR is within normal range, you can drive it no problem. If it's pegged rich or lean, then obviously not,
