LinkEcu and OBD problem
Hi.
I've got LinkEcu installed by previous owner, it works just fine and I have every ECU error stored there nicely. But some time ago an ABS error showed up and I tried to diagnose it using OBD reader. What I found was rather strange - I cant connect to OBD. There is a voltage on it, my reader starts to blink etc. but it cannot connect on any protocol. I thought that maybe mine bluetooth connector doesnt fit evo specifications so I went to my friend that has some OEM software for all Japanese brands. And his stuff also didn't work. Then I've even compared my OBD connection schema to friends (same EVO IX model) and they are this same, all cables are pinned in a similar way. I've found the info that despite having non-OEM ECU I should still be able to read OBD errors..
I don't know what else to do... Maybe someone had similar problem?
