New UTEC software beta test help needed

Guys, we are VERY close to releasing the new UTEC software to the public, but need to get it in the hands of a few select users to get some feedback before the general release.

If this is something that you are interested in helping with, I’d like you to email

Nathan@turboxs.com

To be considered for the beta test you must do the following

1. Your email subject must be "Evo UTEC software beta test"
2. You must include your EVOM screen name in the body of your email.
3. You must have a WB02 sensor (prefer to use people that have a Tuner). We need you to tell us which WB you own.
4. You must agree to keep test results confidential for the duration of the test period.

For those that don’t know this software eliminates the fuel cut, rev-limit, allows for injector scaling, and takes direct control over the injectors from the stock ECU

Thanks in advance for your help.

LOL How'd you guess..

Expect an E-mail shortly guys.. since I don't spend alot of time tuning recently, I'm not certain if I can adequately test it though..

Now with that said.. is the MAP sensor bug (the one that fouls up the pressure value when you save maps) one of the fixes? Its preventing me from running closed loop boost..

I do have upgraded injectors but I haven't installed them or the pump yet.. but of course would knowing I can scale my injectors..

The MAP sensor bug will be addressed in the final software version, but in testing I’ve noticed that the only time it looses its calibration is when you have your MAP sensor set to display "Gauge" mode. If you set it to "absolute" mode it doesn't appear to have this problem.

I thought the same thing, but you might want to check that out because in Absolute mode, it reads a completely different value after you save the maps than before, and another member also noticed when using closed loop boost, his car behaved differently when his maps saved so its not really a display issue exclusively.. But thanks for the info.

I just tested it on our car and could not repeat the bug in absolute mode after doing about 10-15 saves, it seems to be reading the same.

In gauge mode, it screws up every time I save it.
