Power FC problem

Dear all i have recived my power FC today and i was so happy that i went directly and installd it on the car after removing the batarry cabal,

after a lot of wrenching and finger cuts from having to take the old ECM out i hooked the Power FC and i cranked it up

it cranks good it cranks but would not start
as prevuaslly mintiond in my other forms i have a fule presure gauge on my car

it was showing a big (0.0) nothing zero presur

so i thout i did some thing wrong maby moved a wire by messtake so i hooked the old one back (ECM)
and it started and ideld like a chaem

so i hooked the Power FC again and the thing happind it would crank and start gust a second and after that gust dy once the fule presure drops to Zero

it seems that the (FC) is not giving the fule pump that it should work

i really dont know what to do next i reternd the power fc to my detrebuter that brought it to me from gappan

and i came hear to rite what has hapend

please if you have any info on whats going on or what should i do about or haw to solv this problem pleas do not hesetate to post
