Yeah, I'd really like to get my hands on the Gameboy interface..

and from what I know, the UTEC firmware upgrade is close to being released.. I'm sure they'll spot this thread and comment on it later.

all I can say is.. YUM.. Can't wait..

so what are the advantages over the old software...and does this mean i have to get a complete retune. if so i'll just stick to what i have and upgrade later. allthough there arent many AWD dynos in FL, i'll just get a tuner and gameboy and go from there.

I have heard you can upgrade to the new firmware and reload your maps, you just won't be able to use the new open loop fueling features until you get a retune.

Our new developements in our utec software allows us to have primary control of the Rev Limit, Injector Scaling, Programmable Open Loop to Closed Loop control and removes the stock fuel cut.

If you were dyno tuned before you will need a complete retune if you upgrade software packages.

Good good, just checked ebay, they go for ~$40
I'm interested to hear details about wiring..
That would be a great alternative to have in car every day for minor adjustments rather than the full size laptop.

Gameboy Advance SP is the one we designed it for as it has a backlight and a built-in rechargable battery.
