Looking for a new throttle body
I think people use a 75mm Accufab throttle body made originally for Mustangs? (I could be making this up). They use it with aftermarket intake manifolds designed to take an Accufab (e.g. the BJ's manifold). There is typically some work required to connect the throttle cable securely.

ahh... I see, cool! Now wouldn't that be fun to tell a v-8 guy while he's looking under your hood
No offense to v-8 domestic crowd intended, have several friends into that, it would just be funny

Apparently the Sparco Evo uses a Tomei throttle body (as listed in the tech specs in one of the many articles that have been written about this beast recently). I have no idea if it was a custom piece or if it would even be available to the general public.
FYI.
