I was able to find some 3" gaskets at my local Acura dealer.
I know it sounds odd, but it appears that they work with a lot of aftermarket exhausts so they started carrying them.

It is always worth calling around locally.

Good luck,

yea mine leaks too.. i'm actulaly not sure if its a leak or not... it just doesn't sound as clean as when i had my Helix High Flow cat... now it sounds kinda throaty... and umm... iono more agressive? I'm not sure if it's an exhaust leak or just the sound of cat-less... I checked for exhaust leaks and tightened too... same sound... only happens at 1.5-2k rpm... i don't see any rubbing anywhere.. what could be the problem?

I routinely use Permatex High-Temp RTV Silicone. Seals perfectly and yes the 700 degree temp rating is sufficient for the test pipe/cat junctions.

Do you use it with a gasket or use the RTV alone?
