Production
We keep in mind the brake pad as our main focus while producing the brake caliper, disc rotor, brake line, and brake fluid. The Endless standard production process is created with total safety in mind. We strive for this. Our philosophy is to produce the highest quality products. Part of our production process involves keen usage of the human eyes for strict quality control resulting in the achievement of the highest quality product.

Development
The development that Endless hopes to achieve centers around great total balance. A safety brake system one can trust. Including usage of the brake dynamometer, the entire developmental process is within Endless headquarters to ensure that our products are developed consistently without errors, all of the time. The feedback from motorsports, along with new ideas and the most current technology are used to develop our products.

Motorsports
Endless' roots began in the racing fields. Aside from brake components, oils and suspension systems are also used and tested within the motorsports. Once approved, they are released into the market place. Endless has become a household name in Japan by entering into many different categories of races. Overseas racing team support has become more and more prevalent as well. Newcomers and young drivers are also supported and assisted and are growing through experience in Japan. Our approach is aggressive.

Challenge
Endless strives to produce the highest quality parts. It has been the responsibility of the company to be one of the greatest sports pad makers from way back. We are one of the first. To maintain quality while thinking about our environment, non-asbestos material is used for the development and sales of pads. We are a company backed by the motorsports world and has acquired ISO14001. We always consider our environment. What we leave for the next generation is our soul.

Environmentally Conscious
Since the 1980s, Endless has been tackling development pre-production matters of non-asbestos brake pads due to consideration of environmental issues while maintaining its race-bred, top performance qualities. As a result, Endless has adopted an environmentally conscious production process progressively evolving its performance characteristics and vehicle application line-up while keeping in mind the importance of the natural surrounding environment.

The Endless next stage is dealing with a full recycling system using an activated carbonization manufacturing plant that utilizes wast gases from organic matter. This is our total recycling process system and the Endless environmentally-conscious next-generation theme involving itself in a new method of reform for today's pollution issues. This system uses gases extracted from its own waste, such as organic matter, sludge, and animal fertilizer, without the use of fuel to stay pollution-free. This ideal "eco-plant" system adapts organic matter to the activated-carbonized circulation of nature. Endless will continue to consider new ways to be environmentally conscious through such activities.
