My order is taking too long.
On June 17, 2005 I ordered an HKS TT Ttype 1 (Black) and the Harness (hks-4103-rm006). And a week later, June 30, 2005, I talked to Cal from Gruppe-s and they said Gary had to talk to HKS which will be open on July 5, 2005. A few days after HKS reopened I decided to see if Gruppe-s got in touch with HKS about my order, so I PMed Cal about the order but till this day I haven't got a reply yet. Now its been 3 1/2 weeks since I ordered these products and I haven't received nor got a reply back... I know Gruppe-S is a great company overall but I wonder how long it really takes to buy a Turbo Timer and harness? And if anyone has had this problem before? All I'm asking from Gruppe-S is, how soon can I receive my order because it is getting hot and I really don't like waiting in the hot for my car to cool down. Please PM me about the progress.

Why do people come to the forums to find their answer? CALL THEM!!!
I use to order from HKS all the time and they would take months to get me stuff. HKS products are always on backorder. It takes a while to get it through the shipping ports too.

I've had nothing but good experiences with gruppe-s. They are one of the few vendors I trust with my major purchases. I'm sure they'll help you out if you give them a call on the phone.
