Thanks Gruppe-s, they just gave me a call and Tom personally took over for my refund and guaranteed I will receive it within 24-48 hours. Thanks and hopefully in the future we can do better business.

I'm surprised everyone is saying vivid is no good. I've dealt with them twice now and both times I have been very happy. Contacted me to see if everything went well, etc. Really, I think most of the vendors do a good job, but one in particular I've been having problems with a lot lately. It sucks because I have to use them to buy certain things Gruppe-s doesn't sell.

Tom, Cal and the rest of the guys at Gruppe-S have been nothing but Awesome to deal with. From their customer service, to their free dyno days and bb-q's, that just goes to show how much they care for their patrons. I will swear by them up and down, and if I didn't have that much faith in them, I wouldn't have the gruppe-s sticker on my evo!

yea they are cool people, everything is settled now... I got a refund because I didnt wanna wait on HKS and I just bought a used one from ebay for a good price. Keep the good work up Gruppe-S!
