No ETA.. Manufacturer screwed up the tooling and its getting repaired. Do you have one on order w/ us? Would other alternatives ok?

Thanks

Well, I was one of the person's with a warranty claim for my defective Helix Cat-back. I guess you can say I have one on order because the warranty claims you said were to ship first, but regardless - its been over 3 months now...

OH ok yeah I still have everyone's warranty claim forms here. And please no need to worry..once we get the shipment in, we will get everyone taken care of.

Again, my apologies for the delay..but this is totally beyond our control.

Thanks

Cal

Sorry guys, I just received final word from Helix - The production run will complete by the end of this month and it will ship out. ETA from Japan is about 18 days Port to port then about 1 week for US customs, so we're looking at late october assuming no unanticipated delays (typhoon, port strike, etc.)

We're very very sorry for the delay. Please be patient just a little while longer and we will get everyone sorted!!

Thanks!

Gary
