Bump for these guys. Loses are inevitable when you run a business. Happy cusomers= repeat customers are valuable.

guys, I received my catback just yesterday!!!! Looks okay haven't installed it yet. Free bump!

 

I can vouch for the guys working at gruppe-s. They are trying their best to take care the warranty issues. please be patience!

The reason being some of you haven't received any updates could probably due to replacements are currently on its way from over-seas.

 

But they could atleast notify us that it has been handled and they are waiting to recieve the exhausts and then they will ship them out.

My story, when they first released the version 2 I emailed them got the warranty form, filled it out emailed it back along with my receipt, about two months later, I asked for an update they told me to resend my stuff I sent it, they said they werent warrantying the downpipe because i have acd and its not designed for that, and I havent heard from them since.

I mean by all means your welcome to voice your thoughts and what not but, As i told you I am doing whatever I can possible to fix our problem. You purchased your exhaust from Vishnu a year back and nonetheless, we are giving you a free exhaust. I even offered to give you my personal exhaust (used less than 2 months). Your getting your free exhaust. If you have other questions give me a call. You have my number.
btw from our last conversation, I thought everything was cool, then i hit the forums and I'm proven wrong.
