Need cusco throw out bearing for the cusco twin clutch disc?

as the title says i need a new throw out bearing for the cusco twin clutch disc
a friend of mine sended today an email to sale@gruppe-s.com and they answer that we can use the stock mitsu oem throw out bearing.
why would they answer this? the first twin disc cusco clutch we bought you guys told me that it wasnt inlcuded in the kit and that it was a purchase apart form it so we bought it know we need a second throwout bearing.
so please could you explain this??

all i know is a throw out bearing is a throw out bearing.

as long as its properly installed you should be fine
