I have to say, I have sent them a few emails wishing to order a JDM Evo IX bumper with absolutely no reply. Do you still have that number? I'd like to call them cause if they can provide me with a graphite gray JDM rear bumper with free shipping (as quoted on their site), they'll get my business, otherwise, I'll have to fork out the extra cash to go with Vivid Racing. VR has been on spot with me with no delays in replying. I'm tempted to go that route now either way simply from customer support satisfaction.

i have dealt with gruppe-s and have nothing but great things to say about them. I had a problem with wheels i ordered from them (fitment issues) that wasnt there fault.It had to do with improper tooling buy the wheel manufacturer. They handled the problem with excellent customer service that would definetly make me do buisiness with them again

 

scratch my previous statement .. I sent the email again and they just got back to me. with a phone number and honest expected delivery time. NICE :-D Perhaps the previous email never made it through

 

i agree with chewy (outlaws69). i have ordered a few things from them and there was a mix up on the ups end and they took care of it real quick! it took me about a week from ordering my jdm rear bumper to having it installed. awesome service!
