I PM gruppe-s on Monday asking the status on my jdm evo headlights I've ordered on the group buy in May. I have yet to receive any reply yet. Maybe someone read it and didnt respond with an answer.

The group buy said 6-8 weeks but its been 13 weeks now.

Still looking for an answer on why I have not received my jdm headlights yet. On other vendor forums and boards, I see them already having the headlights in stock and for sale.

 

FYI...I know that Dynamic Autosports in Lake Forest CA, just purchased/merged with Gruppe-s not to long ago. It's mere speculation, but it may be why there is a delay? I know it doesn't aid in your plight, but it may contribute to some sort of answer...

 

I was well aware of Dynamic Autosports taking over Gruppe-S couple months ago. But I'm also on socalevo.net. This guy got this set of headlights back in mid-July.

We apologize for the delay and your order is in the container that should be arriving very soon. There was a delay in this container coming from Japan which prolonged your headlights to get to you. In our last container we only recieved part of the quantity we ordered as they were backordered in Japan, but in this coming shipment it will include all the orders we have. As soon as we recieve them they will be shipped out to you.

This bugs me because I was not notified of anything. 8, 10, 12, 14 weeks go by and I've heard nothing from you guys. During that time, multiple vendors pop up with jdm headlights in stock and for sale. While people are buying them, I'm still waiting for the headlights which I dont know when or if they will show up. That makes me feel totally dumb.

 

Forgot to mention this but got my jdm headlights a couple weeks ago. Eugene was helpful. Thanks.
