Thanks Gruppe..

For wasting my time!

I ordered the Project Mu NS Front brake pads from you last week.

Payment Details

Transaction ID: 0Y132062FV3520634
Item Price: $91.59 USD
Total: $91.59 USD
Order Description: PMU-PBF906*1 (85.00)|SUB: $85.00 SHIP: $0.00 TAX: $6.59 TOTAL: $91.59
Item/Product Number: PayPal Order
As you can see, the part number and payment is for the FRONT set. For some reason, you guys sent me the rears.

So I called you guys up on Friday. Someone, maybe their name was Bobby, I think, apologized for the error and said they had the NS in stock and he can switch it for me if I come in on Saturday or they can just ship me the replacements.

Well I was in need of the pads, so I drove the 50 miles, paid the $2.25 toll road fee to use the 241 (had i been familiar with this area I would not have taken this toll road) and got to Gruppe.

To my shock, you were OUT OF STOCK on the front pads when I was just told the day before you had them in stock. Just damn great. So I asked for a refund, which I did receive. And I drove back the 50 miles and paid the $2.25 toll fee to go home. What a great 100 mile round trip.

All in All, horrible experience. Wasted my gas, time and money. I will definately not make another purchase from Gruppe.

Just thought I'd share my experience with others. I see within this forum there is also another thread about poor customer service. Somehow, I'm not surprised.

I don't know but I got my refund in a prompt manner. Just too bad their processing and inventory system screwed me over.

Damn I just ordered wheels from them. They told me that they won't be in for a month, not that it matters because they won't go on until spring, but it's still the point.

I hope I don't experience anything like you have.

I bought my Helix test pipe from them before and had nothing but GREAT things to say about them.

To send the wrong part is one thing. Sure everyone makes a mistake, mistakes can be fixed.

But to call in and be told they're in stock and to come in the next day, drive 50 miles, pay a toll road fee and to come in and be told you don't have them in stock, then drive back 50 miles and pay another toll road fee, is absolutely ridiculous.

that pisses me off more then anything. Because of this experience alone, I will not be a return customer and I will share this experience with others who ask me about your company.

That's probably because the parts you ordered were in stock.

Well glad that this thread started. I will write some positive notes here.....

I would like to thank EUGENE who was the person that has helped me while i was in IRAQ with limited phone access. I ordered a front APR bumper and a gauge pod with 3 defi gauges. Well for one i told him i wanted to switch out the boost gauge for a oil pres gauge and he said no problem.. I paid express delivery and it was at my house in no time.

Again thanks EUGENE and will be glad to do business with your guys in the future......

Robert C.
