did you ever think that maybe they did have it in stock (only ONE) and you didnt put down a reserve or anything so someone else bought what you were looking to get??

I would honestly like to go off on a tangent and say that you should act like a man. Not a damn woman.
Besides, they did not have *ANYTHING* else in stock as in term or pads? They would of have been hard pressed to give you a really good deal on a set of pads. They probably would of have done free install for ya if you were a bartering type of man.

and yes they did make a mistake, and as consumer, I have the right to post a review about a company.

Calling me a woman, because I posted a bad experience with a company makes you sound like a retard. So every person whos ever had a bad experience with a retailer and posted a review to let others know is a woman? I think that makes you an idiot and me a woman then. You swear I'm not allow to express my dissatisfaction with an organization that wasted my time?
They had nothing of what I ordered in stock at all. That's why I specifically called to ask if they had them to have them exchanged. Did they have other pads, yes, but did I want them? No, that's why I ordered those pads and those are what I expected.
You never posted a review about a bad experience with a company? Never told anyone?

The part that annoys me is being told that the set I want was in stock and that if I come in the next day which is 12 hours away, I can have them exchanged. And like I said before, making a 100 mile round trip and paying toll fees to get there and come back with nothing, that's not very convenient.

Lets see. I call in at 5:30pm, friday and tell them what happened and i'm told to come in the very next day. They tell me they have plenty in stock and can exchange it for me if I come down. Now there's 2 things, if they have "plenty" in stock, would they have to reserve one pair for me? And second, if they have ONE pair in stock and they KNEW they sent me the wrong pair, don't you think the representative should have put them on hold or reserve for me since they know they made a mistake and they need to exchange it for me? If there was one pair left they should have told me and put it on hold, but instead they told me they had plenty in stock and exchanging them is no problem.
and to your other statement, isn't part of this forum used to express satisfaction or dissatisfaction with an organization? Like it or not, part of this forum is for people to post reviews about places.

This part of the forum will contain good, bad and neutral reviews about companies and parts. Now is that a pretty low move of evoM to have this forum? Or are only positive reviews allowed to be posted?
If this thread belongs in that forum, then by all means, any moderators or admin please move this to that section. Although, I may have to edit this thread to be in compliance with posting a negative review.
For those of you who have positive reviews about Gruppe-S, then good for you. I'm sure they have plenty of positive reviews and that their positive reviews out number their negative reviews. One of the reasons I made my purchase from Gruppe was due to the positive thing's I've heard. I heard a few negatives but I relied on the more positives since there was a good number of them.
As a consumer and customer, I have the right to post my experience with gruppe, positive or negative or neutral. So if you want to bash me, or call me a woman for that, go right ahead as it shows your maturity level and understanding of how customer reviews work.

damn you sure did let a little post i made go straight to your heart. i was simply saying that because they made one mistake and gave you your money back with no problems is not a reason to go emo and cry about it on evom.i said i had a bad experince with them also and i didnt post about it because there was no need. one time deal and they took care of me. the main thing to remember, i said THEY TOOK CARE OF ME. they didnt blow me off or just forget. posting and complaining about one mistake isnt goin to make things better after you already got your money back

Did they take care of issue 1? yes, i got my money back because they had no other choice but to refund me. If they had just told me, on the phone that they were backordered, I would have let them send me a return label and ship back the part to them. Instead since they said it was in stock, I did them a favor instead by coming in and exchanging it rather than have them pay for shipping fees for the correct set and return shipping fees for the wrong set. I try to save them some money and I get burned.
all i did was post my negative experience and share it with others. i'm sure i'm not the only one who did that.
also, read over my posts. I did not bash them. I did not say they were incompetent, stupid, idiots etc etc.
Am i taking your post to heart? Not really, you're coming off as an idiot to me honestly. Telling me I do not have to come on a forum to post a negative experience with a vendor.
That is what an online community is about. Everyone posts reviews, whether good or bad. They made a mistake with you and they took care of you, great, want a damn cookie? That was your case, this is mine. Do you realize how idiotic you sound? People post good experiences with a place. If people have a bad experience, they should share to help warn others from falling prey to the same mistakes as that vendor.
if no one posted a bad review about a company, do you know how many more people would get screwed over by a poorly run organization? It's important to post good or bad reviews about places, it helps people decide where they should bring their business.
Also, look at gruppe's post. They said it themselves, they're not perfect but they ask that people help them know what they could do to improve their organization. If that means sharing a negative experience, then so be it, take it and learn from it. I've done nothing wrong on my part. I've simply expressed my displeasure with my experience and gruppe-s has responded with a sincere appology. Hopefully they take this experience and maybe use it to benefit themselves.
