The Verdict Is In On The Gsc S1

After missing my flight today I opted to stay back and tune my buddy IX with the GSC S1 cams and on the first pass at 25 psi falling to 21 psi this car made a whopping 360hp and 348 ft lbs pretty impressive since this car never made more than 296 hp and 289 ft lbs @ 21 falling to 19 psi.
After about an hour of messing with the mivec map and tuning the main ign map we closed the tuning session with a whopping 371hp and 367 ft lb. Is this impressive well ..... YES IT IS.
I have heard a lot of high numbers at very little boost but never seen it on our dyno this impressed me because we compared it to another car with stock cams running 30 psi falling to 22 psi and yes they were very simular and this car was tuned by a know good no great tuner.
As i said in the beginning I missed my flight but I am leaving on the first flight tomorrow so please understand fi I can't reply to any questions you all may have. But i will try my best

What mods are on the car? That seems like alot of boost for pump gas or was it race gas or meth?

Hey Greg! that was actually Gregz(Machines Gone Wild) that started this thread, but yes the car has a turbo back exhaust (o2 included) A forge actuator, an air intake( not drop in) and your S1 cams...........last but not least, Tuning G!!!!

Did you bother looking at the graph? It says "dynojet" at the very top....

Wow that is a nice gain, I too am having a hard time figuring out which Cams to buy, but this thread helps a lot. But I do wish there was a before and after dyno, I mean it's hard to see just how much of the power came from the cams and not the increase in boost. Still just going off of the mod list of- TBE, O2 Housing, Forge Acuator, Intake, S1 Cams, and Tune 370whp/367wtq is very nice. Take away the cams and even on the highest reading dyno jets, I'd expect 340-350whp with that mod list on 23-25PSI. So I know the Cams are good for atleast 20whp.
