HKS 280 vs JUN vs GSC

Has anyone done this comparison to see what the results are before and after?

Understood but just wanted to see if someone has done dyno comparisons between all 3 on the same car to yield a result. Would be interesting to see results based of each one so you can see the difference between power band etc.

I think we may do it since our shop car has HKS 280's in it and we also have a set of JUN's sitting down. I will probably have to give greg a call to see if I can get a set of S2's.

You need the S2's right? S2's replaced GSC's older version 280 camshaft, whereas the S1 replaced the old version 272 IIRC.

Not to jack this but i would like to see a direct comparison of the HKS vs GSC 272s. Do a search and you get millions of threads with something related but not direct comparison.

I think a comparison between HKS 280/GSC S2/JUN 264 on a stock turbo stock ecu would be where its at since the majority of us have a stock setup that may get a turbo replacement down the line.

It will be a direct comparison, we will be doing it on shop car with exsisting tune for all cams and then re tune for each cam. We already know what the HKS ones do...

Buschur and AMS both saw a 50whp+ while switching from HKS 280's to Revolvers(Buschur) and JUNS(AMS).

If you ordered the S1's, it won't be a fair comparison to HKS 280's. You really need the S2's to be playing in the same game.
