You guys seem like an excellent vendor. I tried for 2 weeks to purchase an upper rad pipe. Paypal issues on your end, and not returning 10 + phone calls and a full vm box. PMs stopped on your end with a purchase not being made. I guess you dont like making money or happy customers.

if you read our messages on our away or in our forum, we had nisei showoff and hot import nights la so we told everyone we were away and will get back this week. also, we had 16 guests from all over the place. were back on track now and brendan is always online and available. everything about us is on our signature or in our forum.

This was in the begining of aug. And in your sig it says we are open 24/7. I am in no way trash talking you, just mis communication between the two of us... well not really, it was on your part. I am not here to bad mouth you. If you want I cant post all of the pms(aug 6th-aug 13th) with no response from j-ondemand. Like I said I feel as though you guys are good vendors, just maybe not the best organized to deal with your customers in a growing market.

 

Brian, i already called you and talked to you. Of course customers comes first, thats why we hired and have brendan on here almost 24/7. i stated in my forum if you cant get a hold of me, please contact brendan. my goal is to get off evom and have brendan and jason handle it so i can do my management stuff. i do talk to most of my customers through aim everyday even until 3-4am.

we will be freezing our account soon to come back in a month when everything is in stock. we are on here to be the best supplier of jdm goods at a good price and good customer service. weve been hiring evom veterans and been good at getting back.

there prolly was a miscommunication here. were here to be a better vendor. all your suggestions are always on our mind and we try to fix any kind of problem.
jason will be on here from socalevo to help me get back faster.

the reason why were going to stock now is we dont want anymore phone calls with "any updates?" or "how much longer" "why is it taking so long"..
Im sure all members will appreciate it more if we had those hardcore jdm parts in stock, at a good rate, and can save shipping cause well have 2 warehouses(one in california,and one in east coast).
