i know that im just saying... if the SC system is tuned at 11 psi when you buy it... and you are comparing it to RRM 5-7 psi stage 1 kit... its not exactly compareing equals... but if i recall correctly the RRM stage 2 was putting down that the RIPP SDS was putting down... then it is a viable comparison... i was not refering to TC being able to boost higher the SC in my post... since the original post is asking which is better i was just making a point after someone bringing up the 252 sc number.

i havent seen any dyno slips for any daily driven auto's putting down 252!...post the dyno's then ill believe you...but there also have been lancers that have put down 260+ to the wheels on whos setup?..do a search you'll find who made/ put that kit together...the sds in my opinion on a 4cyl wouldnt be as powerfull why?...because its to turn that supercharger your pulley have to be turning it, taking power from the engine...

Yeah really, where is this dyno slip on the auto that put down 252WHP? I'll believe that when I see it. If you are gonna claim that someone made 252WHP then you better have a dyno slip to prove it. At least RRM has that to its credit, they can prove the power they say.

why does everybody always just look at peak HP number and ignore torque and the shape of both curves? i want to see the area under the curve of both stg2s.

I don't know what that's based upon, but well...I'm inclined to disagree. In terms of available kits, I see turbo as being more reliable simply because there are turbo kits out there that have been running for years with minimal to no problems.

Anyway, this thread topic has been done to death. Follow the link on the first page to discuss. We don't need another thread. Closed.
