The RRM kit has not been released for the 2004 Lancer yet, and I doubt it will be any time soon as they are working diligently on the RalliArt turbo kit. There is a forum member attempting to turbo his 2004, and the issue he's having is the fuel system. The 2002-2003 Lancers have a return line, where the 2004 does not. This presents a problem with fuel management. Obviously you didn't do your research because below are the two threads pertaining to the 2004.

Like stated above, everything on the 04's is the same as the 02-03's except the fuel system. You can buy a Digital FMU made by Aeromotive that uses an inline fuel pump to compensate for the additional fuel needed in boost. The only problem is that the DFMU's are about $400 new!! I got a real deal on the one I bought on another forum, $175 shipped . I haven't decided if I'm going to use it yet because I've got another method I'm going to try first.

I'm going to try a Walbro 255lph fuel pump that will replace the stock pump and I'm also installing two additional injectors into the intercooler piping before the throttle body to use as foggers. I ordered a laptop programmable additional injector controller from www.splitsec.com that will control the injectors while in boost. I'm going to try that first before I do anything with the DFMU.

we haven't started to work on the 04 lancers yet, but we will soon, and come out with a complete turbo kit, we just need someone in So Cal to step up and let us prototype it on their car.

wow, this thread is old. RRM now has an 04 ES Lancer that they are developing parts strictly for our cars, the thread is in US Lancer General. They already developed a CAI for our cars and I believe they were working on a new piggy that will also work for the 02-03's, dunno what they will be working on next, but I can only assume they will have a turbo kit for our cars in the future.
