It's not that I'm trying to discourage questions or your project (best of luck btw), but it really may save your some headache. Almost every question specific to custom turbos is out there, and especially because you're using such a cheap and available turbo (The T25 and T28 are arguably the easiest to build a mix-n-match setup with due to existing manifolds/parts) you've definitely got most of your planning work already done for you. BTW, I'd recommend a boost sensitive FPR rather than a FMU if you're open to suggestion. They're slightly more complicated, but don't require mounting or extra fuel/vac lines.

Looks good to me. The fuel thing's not as complicated as it seems.

This isn't necessary in the initial setup, but lemme make a recommendation. Buy a wideband O2 sensor and something that will allow you to get AFR readouts (something with numbers regardless of whether it's analog or digital). It's worth it if you ever plan on doing any fuel tuning.

ok.. now i'm totally 100% lost. on an intercooled kit, where does the ic pipes connect? where does the turbo connect? how can i use an up-pipe and down-pipe instead of an exhaust manifold? can I still put a header on my car if i do this?

the front mount isnt the intake? you have a separate pipe that comes off the turbo with a filter on it used for intake is that right?

you're going to have to get an external wastegate. unless you can find a wastegate solenoid set at 5psi with the correct rod length, you're gonna have to spend the extra money on the external one.

a boost-controller won't work since it only works at the base psi set by the wastegate and then can add on boost from there. for example, if you installed one on the stock internal wastegate, you can only set the boost from it's base 14 psi and up, not down. just thought i should just add that.
