i was hitting 9psi at first too.... then i noticed my sds belt was slipping. you should check into that and adjust it. after i adjusted it, i started hitting 11psi.

 

don't u need the overdrive crank puly to run the 11pounds?

 

^no. just the sds pulley. there's 2, a small pulley (11psi), and a slightley larger one (7psi). all you do is swap them out and you're good to go.

 

actually i talked to RIPP the autos only run 9psi. lol damn.. but i'm saving for m manual swap... i really want it in stick.

has ur car been dynoed? i wonder how much hp to the wheels with 11 pounds.. cause i thought 9pounds with 5spd is 222whp and 218tq

 

no, i havent dynoed my car yet. 222whp and 218tq with 9 pounds? really? hmmmm...... i havent checked the stats myself, but last i heard/read i think ripp was stating that was for the stage 2 (11psi) 5-speed kit. at least thats what i remember reading.

 

well i said "i thought" it got those numbers from 9pounds so don't quote me on this ahaha but u can be rite also

ive took my lancer or my brother's lancer (what ever), to rippmods for the new tune. i would say this new tune is very aggressive and amazed how you can feel more power in the midrange and the idle is sooooo much more smoother. to all who has the SDS, i do recommend you to go down to RIPP to upgrade or send in your Black Box asap!!!!

yea this tune is great, my brother brought it back to me last nite. the idle is much more smoother and the response is great. you do feel a lil more power at the middle of the power band.. yea the supercharger screams at these temperatures. i just hate the stock tires that are on right now i don't like em
