To make it work. Cost is $2999 (Same as Lancer non-IC) plus you have to buy a header from us to make it all fit right. Post up on it please.

Hmmm.... if Rock wants to promote on the Mirage site, he can go ahead but I see too many inherent problems / questions with that setup. Not trying to knock it, but it doesnt get my stamp of approval (not that my stamp of approval is worth much). Sorry.

Excuse my friend.

G93 owners have been pushing PSI greater than the kit. 6-10 PSI are reserved for the G15 while 10-12 psi are reserved for the G93 on stock internal. G93 owners get themselves in trouble with bad fuel tuning and consistant abuse around 13-14 psi . . . things start to break apart from rings, pistons, conrods, HG, and few others.

Then again, 95% of American turbo mirages aren't tuned properly, so long term case studies (especially amongst the 5g) can't be fully determined by us since boosting 4g mirages (excluding DSM swap) in the early 90's. We have inconclusive evidences and terrible tuning from the owner.

At 6 psi, I'm guessing it would make 160-185 flywheel conservatively.

For one, just for what you are getting, seems kinda pricey and not "flow friendly". However, I'd rather not knock or rag on it in public. This is a Lancer forum and I am merely a "guest" and I know that most on here have strong positive feelings towards RRM so I wont bash them. Also, I know tons of you have that kit and love it, so I could be wrong.

It is a variation of the Lancer kit. Bahamut is right about h.p. It is another option for Mirage guys. My customer is not a EVOM guy but he is happy as a clam about the power and reliability. It is already tuned and pretty much monkey proof. If you Mirage guys like it, buy it. You don't like it, that is fine too.

People know higher boost stories for mirages and people know many horror stories from the same...

In the end having a kit that is tuned and reliable means a lot. I know RRM and that prototype styling was just the first to see if it would work. From there the finish product will have the look and reliability RRM has offered for a long time.

Great job RRM!!

Now flip that thing around and give some love to the 4g (read even more broke) mirage community. I'd love to see some better pictures of the manifold area...sorry, but I don't understand how you've done it with the turbo sitting that high just adapting an na header style. I'm a visual kinda guy. Does seem a bit pricey to me (as airquez said...not complaining, just saying) but I know for some people who can't do a DIY kit, this would be a nice option.

Come on over to the mirage board and post up about it. Never know how much interest there might be, plus the chance to talk with you about it might generate something useful for both sides.
