New 04 Turbo build

Ok i got a 2004 lancer es. I have been debating to turbo it or put a body kit on it. Well I got into an accident. So i got the kit. Now i want to get the turbo. I am going to go with a custom kit. Ok enough bull. Well i want to boost at 5psi to be safe. I have a few questions but this is what i have so far.

T25 turbo
02-03 turbo manifold
Intercooler and piping
bov
aeromotive digitle fmu with inline fuel pump
manuel boost controller
turbo timer
oil lines
slim fan
spark plugs

One of the questions are can iget away with just stock injectors or should i get larger ones? I heard stock injectors can handle 5 psi. If i missed anything let me know

Did you figure out how you are going to make it work with a turbo?

You don't happen to have a link to any technical info on the digital FMU, do you? I'm interested to learn a bit about them, and I'd like a solid starting point.

Here's how you can run a FMU without a return fuel system. Its pretty simple! You just make one big loop in the fuel. Place a T fitting behind the inline pump and connect the return line form the FMU to it. Here's a the website from vortech's manuals that shows how to setup the FMU system on a non return fuel system. The manual is for a Jeep Cheokee but it doesnt matter b/c its also has a non return fuel system.

Yeah, oddly enough I'd seen something like this before, but how does T'ing the fuel line effect overall pressure? Does it cause any problems regulating?

that is the question i am trying to build a solid kit but not spend a whole lot first. that would be a lot cheaper and a great idea.what about the injector size will i need larger ones for just 5 psi heres a web site on the digital fmu http://www.aeromotiveinc.com/product..._browser.phtml

On 5 psi, a bigger fuel pump will be enough. Just get a wideband gauge to make sure you aren't running lean.
