Stage 1 Turbo Kit 125 - 140kw

This kit is primarily designed for those who want to fit a basic kit and upgrade it as time goes on or simply wish to leave it at this power level. Only includes basic necessities. Fitment of an intercooler is not absolutely necessary as long as maximum of 5 psi is kept. Higher boost settings require Intercooler / decompression / different fuel management system depending upon boost level. It is expected that the exhaust system on the car is upgraded to 2.25" from catalytic converter back (min). High flowing catalytic converters would also be beneficial but not necessary.

Garret GT-28 ball bearing turbo with gaskets. Rated to 320hp set to 5 psi boost.
RPW custom turbo manifold.
RPW custom mandrel bent dump pipe Incl flex pipe to catalytic converter.
Braided Teflon oil feed and return lines, JIC swivel fittings and adapters.
Brass water feed fittings supplied on turbo with brass washers and nuts.
Four oversize injectors - up from 240cc to 275cc.
FSE Rising fuel Pressure Regulator
Greddy piggy back computer system (Supplied Seperatly)
Bosch plumb back blow off valve.
Slim line thermo fans for radiator & air conditioning
Thermal sleeve wrapping for air conditioning and power steering hoses.

Stage 2 Turbo Kit 135 - 170kw

This kit is designed as a basic upgrade over the Stage 1 turbo kit and includes everything listed above. Boost level is raised to 7 psi and requires the fitment of an aftermarket intercooler. Leaving boost level at 7 psi with an intercooler does not require decompression plate. Higher boost levels require extremely efficient intercooler and a more advanced fuel supply / computer system.

All components as per the Stage 1 Kit
Garret GT-28 ball bearing turbo with gaskets. Rated to 320hp set to 7 psi boost (For Auto Models)
Garret GT-28 ball bearing turbo with gaskets. Rated to 370hp set to 7 psi boost (Manuals in excess of 10 psi boost)
Upgrade of blow off valve to either Turbosmart Type 2 plumb back or GFB 1004
Upgrade of air filter to K&N Filter charger kit specific to Air Mass Sensor.
Upgrade of Injectors to 390cc Units where in excess of 10 psi boost is planned
Stage 3 Turbo Kit 170kw +

This kit is designed as an upgrade over the Stage 2 turbo kit but will require some internal engine modifications and is really an open ended turbo kit from this stage on.

Garret GT-28 ball bearing turbo with gaskets. Rated to 370hp.
Garret GT-25R ball bearing turbo rated to 400hp with no waste gate - external option only.
HPC heat treated turbo manifold and dump pipe to reduce heat soak.
Use of external waste gate control 35mm diameter. (Larger 45mm available depending upon boost levels)
Fitment of Turbo Stage 1 or larger turbo camshaft and valve spring upgrade.
Fitment of level 2 decompression head gasket.
Upgrade to full programmable computer system - Haltech E6X Plug and Play Unit
Settings above 12 psi will definitely require internal modifications - conrods, pistons above 15psi.
Injectors increased in size to 390 / 450 cc depending upon boost.

a list of the things included and options.

in the bold, does this mean its included?

According to Accolade's website, it lists 171 hp - 192 hp power output. But that's without intercooler and piping. So if we get that sourced here, that would automatically make it a stage II RPW kit per se. Or a Stage 1.5. That should be able to put it to 200+ whp without any supporting mods. Am I right on this?

So instead of the GReddy piggyback we can use our own emanage. That's probably the most probable thing to do since we have to do some custom piping ourselves anyway. RPW components to a turbokit, local shop with pipes and intercooler, a proper tune on some sort of emanage....we got ourselves a really great kit with a GT-28 Ball bearing.

hmmm...did we ever pursue on a GB? I'd like to get the price low enough that after piping, etc. It'll cost less than "the other turbo kit" but with more power!
