on a non-intercooled is 5-8 PSI is the safest, and 7-10 on an intercooled kit...Im getting a Non intercooled kit but with a manual boost control to kick it to 8PSI when needed and put back down to maybe 7 or 5 PSI on a daily driving...dont need boost when driving to work ya know!

One thing you are going to need to think about is how to add the intercooler later on. If you look carefully at the RRM web site, take a look at the pictures of the turbo between the two systems. On the intercooled version the outlet goes toward the passenger side, on the non-intercooled the outlet goes towards the drivers side and right into the TB. If you get the non-intercooled version, you are going to have a problem with piping and getting everything to fit correctly with the outlet going to the right. Just think about it, you'll have to put the pipe going to the intercooler, coming from the intercooler, the return piping, BOV, and not to mention the air filter and piping for it. This will be a lot of work in the end.

The turbo's orientation can be swapped and RRM's own intercooler piping used or you can have it fabricated. It would be silly not to swap the orientation of the turbo though for ease of plumbing.

If you notice on RRM's kits, the intercooled the turbo outlet points to the passenger side, and the non oints towards the driver side. To add a front mount intercooler later you would have alot of piping or an inter with in and out on the same side
