quick question

Should I get a Zeitronix 02 Wideband or a AEM Eugo 6 in 1 WB? Which would be better, and what are the benefits besides accurate AFR readings?

I think the zeitronix allows for data logging, not sure on the AEM.

the zeitronix allows for datalogging either on a laptop or on a palm pda(an extra $40). couldn't find a 6 in 1 uego on the aem site, but neither the wideband controller or the data serial gauge claim to datalog themselves, but do offer an output to some other third party device for datalogging.

damn...I can't decide which one will benefit my setup. I have and EGT, Boost, and O.pressure, and a Narrowband gauge as well installed already.

Aem, or Zeitronix? tough..

Zeitronix will to everything you want + 1232 more things.

Newest release has combination warning safeguard triggers. I.E. If boost over 20psi AND AFR over 11.8AFR = trigger alarm and safeguard.

Zeitronix does it all and more accurately. Plus datalogging, alarms etc.. I have both the AEM and Zeitronixx. I like the Zeitronix.

I'm running the AEM UEGO 6-in-1 and it's been great for me. It does have an output for datalogging. For my logging needs, I use EVOScan.

Evoscan cannot log AFR. Lets not pretend this is possible with the AEM unit as it is NOT.

Zeitronix logs all things pictured.

I have photoshopped out the exact tuning parameters of this log.

Yet. The next release will support that feature.

However, not to be argumentative, the Zeitronix is a very nice tool and you can't go wrong with it.

Yeah i agree with Zlancerman. I have the AEM Uego and its great. Good unit for the price. I like having the full gauge right in my face instead of an LCD readout I Just use my video cam for logging haha. Have someone sit in the back seat and videotape my gauges and tach all at the same time then just play it back and write down where i am at what rpms and tune from there at least thats what i will be doing once i upgrade my injectors

Ghetto i know, but thats how we roll in the hood

Is it necessary for me to get the screen w/ the Zeitronix WB? Is there any way to attach a gauge to the brain and have a reading? instead of having my laptop in the car all the time.

You can get the LCD screen to view, but that will cost another $120 or so and there is no gauge you can hook up to it to read.

Um, I think the Zeitronix dealers can handle that one. The LCD screen is + $100 or you can use your palm PDA and special software to view and log all data through your PDA.
