hope fully pics are working now!!
I am running Disc Potato turbo GT28 with dual ball bearing and thinking about if i should run internal forge wastgate or Tial 38mm external wastgate!!
which one do you think it would better??
http://turboelements.com/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=2
they did very nice job on the manifold, the manifold feel really strong and nice design and color!! very good it was $410 shipped, they are having sale right now!!
great find on the manifold! which gt28 are you gonna run?

Nice find. The flange is for a T3 though, and I'm pretty sure the T28 Disco Potatoes still use the T25 turbine housing, so it may not mate. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
the disco potato can come with either the T3 flange or the T25 flange
i've personally never seen an internally wastegated T3 housing. i think you're gonna have to get an external one fabbed up. i could be wrong on that one. if you get one with an internal wastegate, it could simplify plumbing a bit.

oh my manifold was order with t25 flange not t3 flange!!! on the website the manifold come with t3 but turboelement was flexible enough to change the turbo flange to which ever one i needed... one i have has t25 flange. and using GT28 with t25 turbo flange.
Yes the manifold is very nice, it has nice think tubings. Check out the thickness of the each tubes!!!! So i don't know about eh wastgates
whad do you guys think?? Internal forge wastgate or external tial wastgate???

you could probably stick with the stock WG and a MBC or the adj forge WG if you wanted depending on how free flowing your exhaust is, boost level, and how well the stock WG passage flows. generally, your concerns are boost creep and response. i'm pretty sure you can ask your shop if they've dealt with similar setups.
the tial costs a pretty penny and requires a bit more plumbing, but more often than not, they'll perform better than an intenal WG. just look at your budget and what will do the job adequately.

i can't use the stock WG that came with GT28R turbo since i had to rotate the turbo housing and stock WG was set at 15psi, but i could do internal forge WG or tial WG,, i am really not sure witch one to use.. but i do know if i use tial i have to do little extra piping but money wise it wouldn't be too much difference... i am just looking for which one would performe better??

ok guys i found a little problem with the manifold!!
as you can see in the picture, the manifold does not meet perfectly!! there is little gape on one side. so if i push the one side, the other side has the gape. Not too much but around 3mm gap on one side or the other!!
I emailed the turboelement and they told me "You need to tighten it down on the head and it will flatten out, and once it is heat cycled once retighted them one more time and you will have no issues."
So what you experts think about this?? only thing i am afraid is about is exhaust gas leak and loosing pressure!! do you guys think it will be ok?
but i love the manifold, look how thick each tubes are!!!!
