I just got a new GT28RS from a friend of mine and the problem I have is that it has a 12psi internal wastegate. I know that Forge makes aftermarket ones for the EVO and other cars but I can't find any T28s on there. Is there anywhere I could go to get a 5psi INTERNAL wastegate to replace the 12psi?

 

I had this same question not to long ago. I think you can get the forge and put a 5 psi spring in there. You may want to call them and ask if they can do it for you.

 

Do they actually make one that would work on the T28 cause I wasn't able to find any on there that said they were for a T28 specifically.

 

I am not sure. I never really got a defenitive answer. I even made a thread in evo general and knowone knew how to lower the psi on a stock evo turbo.

 

i dont think they offer one fr the 28, only the 16g/

I actually called over to RoadRace and they were able to sell me a 5psi for my GT28RS for $35 shipped. Best price I was able to find by far.
