Question turbo question

Ok i know this has probably been asked but im not online that often. I was wondering what turbos were on the 94-97 eclipses and if they will fit a 2002 lancer..im sure the manifold wont fit so i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get just a manifold and will all the other parts of the turbo fit my motor?

yeah the search button may help but I assume most people will give you the answer of "Just get a kit" this is because several people have tried custom setups and they have blown their engines. I have yet to hear of a single problem with RRM's turbo kit

Here I'll help you out without saying "Use the search button". Yes they will work. I made this comment a few months ago and I believe that it was Rock that said yes they would do this for you at RRM. Go and get yourself a used T25 (2g eclipse stock turbo) You can pick them up off of DSMtrader.com for less than 150 bux. It's a DSM board. You can also search on there for people selling stuff in your area. Once you find a decent t25 that is in good working order RRM says that they will sell you the other stuff that is neccesary to complete your setup. This will save you money on not buying a new turbo from them. Hope this helps out.

To be even nicer here ya go a link to someone selling one in NJ. Look around the board for others first. http://www.gopartstrader.com/cgi-bin...e51df756d03f8c

The eclipse does not use an up pipe so you answer is no. As for the down pipe, I don't think so since it is specific to an eclipse. You wouldnt use the same one as you would use on the lancer's as it is also vehicle specific. As for the oil lines I would just use the ones that you get with the turbo kit, you wouldnt want to use old ones any way that could possibly be "coked".

Fuel pump isn't a necessary upgrade. If you want prices, the only people who will be able to help will be Rob and Gabe of RRM or one of their outside distributors.

Well a brand new small t28 is gonna run you at least 700. I paid 950 for a big t28.
