Cool man...as far as piping, i guess just leave it to the shop that's going to be doing that custom install. Theres plenty of people here that can tell you the other stuff you need/should have

The cost was the great part. My friend works for and they had the turbo and intercooler just laying around at the shop. He said they didn't need it and so i offered him $250 and he said ok. blew my freakin mind because i was just joking. The intercooler is still in the box and the turbo has 26,000 miles on it. I thought that was good since the intercooler is $600 alone.

Blow-off valve and wastegate would be a good investment.

Best thing I can suggest without sounding ricey is an Air Fuel Guage, Boost Guage, Pillar or box to mount them in and a S-AFC to control the fuel curve. I view those as must haves for any turbo set-up. RRM says the S-AFC won't work with the Lancer ECU, but ask around I've seen other people profiles.

Oh almost forgot, get 6" NOS stickers and put them all over you're car so you can pass you're turbo off as a 100 shot. Like this idiot integra the other day at a car show.

Civic- "dude you have nitrous AND a turbo?"

Integra- "ughhh no just a turbo, I just thought the NOS and NX stickers were cool, I coudn't afford the Nitrous kit after I bought my TO4R set up"

Civic- "Whoa a TO4R!!!!"

Me- "Okie buddy since when are TO4R's the size of thumb tacs? You took that turbo off a Volkswagon Diesel and butcher it until it fit your car"

Integra- "Bruh I run 10 seconds"

Me- "Stop watching 2F2F...."

Wastegate (though it's probably internal, you made no mention of it), blow off valve, intake piping, intercooler plumbing, manifold (preferrable) or return pipe, downpipe, and fuel management. I may be forgetting a thing or two, but that's what I could think of off the top.

the t25's wastgate is internal. 250 for the turbo and intercooler isnt bad. Is it a new t25?. The prices you paid are about right, usually you can pick up a used t25 for about 150 and the intercooler for another 40. If you paid anymore than you did you would have gotten ripped offed. At a good amount of boost the T25 could hurt your engine but I see you are only wanting to run 5psi so you should be absolutely fine. When I had a T25 I had mine boosted up to 15, of course you wont be doing that without putting alot of money in the engine.

S-AFC does work.....i use it on my car. also, don't think this will be a cheap and easy job. most of the people that did it cheaply blew their motors. save some money and do it right.

I know. Theres a Dyno shop near Englishtown thats doing the S-AFC install with one hour Dyno tuning for $100. Thats a good deal. Im installing my Turbo and getting a custom Intercooler installed beforehand. That way I know what whp my car has.... Turbo should be in the end of next week.
