You can get either a O2 dump tube or whatever dp flange that would be and weld on a bung for the O2 down about 16".

They should all have the o2 housings. What T-25 is that from, there are a few cars with T-25 like the mazda 5, Eclipse GSX and others.

That turbo looks like the internals seals are fried. My .2c

Uhmm, I thought the Nissan 300Z comes with mitsubishi 13G... If I was you, I would ship it to Forceperformance and have them get you a proper o2 hosuing(that is what you are missing).

What is your project? please lets us suggest on this matter, we have many people on this forum that have done many projects from scratch including myself.

That turbo looks like it has a internal oil leak, you can tell by the oil residual. It should tipically have either black "podwery" color or copper copper/rusty color, your looks like totally oily.

It depends, sometimes you can get them used and complete for less. What are you using it on?

yea that turbo has a bad oil leak inside. you need to get a turbo rebuild kit or just buy a 16g off of here that is in good shape (thats what i would do)

a busted turbo is not a good startign point imho.

fabing a manifold is a pain, then u have to buy a wastegate, fmu, injectors, fuel pump, slim fan, downpipe, ic piping. etc and you likely need to remove ur battery to put in the ic piping.

I am just saying that its very time consuming and hard to put together a kit that works properly and looks descent.
