help with custom turbo parts
On a lancer ES you would have more than plenty with a smaller turbo set up. a 16G is technically overkilled unless you put many other mods into your stock lancer engine.
Keep in mind that you must always choose the type of turbo base on your engine configuration and needs.
I have seen a few people using a 16G on a lancer but I strongly recommend sometime significantly smaller to be able to optmize the turbo efficiency.

Ok. back to the drawing baord. I will rebuild this t-25 turbo and see about getting a turbo many that will work for it. I have orderd seal repair kit and will attempt to fix it.
If you want some real honest advice, don't do it. Based on the questions here you don't know enough to make a custom kit. While I'm sure you could find info on here and all that, you'd basically be painting by numbers. There are used RRM kits going for 2000$ now with everything you need (including gauges) to boost safely and properly.

My question is why are you guys using O2 housings?
In my setup, I didnt have an O2 housing. I just ran the exhaust piping as usual, and had the exhaust shop weld a bung in the pipe for my O2 sensor....
Of course with the 4G63 swap, I will be using the stock parts, but why use it if you dont need it?
