Picked up this winter beater for $700. its got like 205000 miles on it but still runs good. Heated leather seats, sun roof, stock radio, and its intercooled turbo.

My lancer is very low to the ground and i dont want to damage the fiberglass bodykit with snow and ice and salt and stupid people that dont know how to drive in all that stuff. Dig...

 

i know some history about his car (love the evo 9 rb!!).. and when u put your heart n soul and hard earned $$$ hell yeah garaging it makes sense.. would you say the same thing to a kid that has a souped up Civic hatch??

 

i need to do the same thing for when i drop in this 4g63.. lol 700 aint bad!!! if you werent already boosting you coulda took the turbo out of the volvo lololol

 

i would still laugh at the fact that he bought an economy car and wont drive it in certain conditions

hahaha volvo... they are built like a tank.. my friend had an old volvo and we abused that thing soo bad but it always came back for more...but on a different topic... its sad to see some people take their car(s) for granted...sad..

 

How does insurance work with beaters?

 

its an old car,1987.
and i only use it a few months a year so the insurance is realy good. i also have a 15 passenger ford van that the band uses for tour.

 

My winter beater is my WRX . I've actually seen a Volvo very similar to that one rally so it's not that bad.
