what are the rolly things for

What are these for and can i just take them off? the little rolly things bellow the crash bar? wups wrong forum. sorry

we have those on our RA's too and i cant remember what exactly they are for but a lot of people just took them off and said they noticed no difference except for the fact that they weighed a lot

I am pretty sure that it was determined long ago that they were vibration dampers. Removing them is fine a shaves of 14lbs total.

They are not present on an Evo as the intercooler sits there so nothing to worry about.

Yeah, I do believe they are vibration dampners. I removed mine when I installed my new bumper because they look so ugly. You do save a lot of weight.

first thing to do is search.


you will find that someone went to a dealership and found out they had something to do with vibration dampening like everyone said.,

they are pretty useless so you can go ahead and remove them, not that it makes much difference, but every little helps i guess
