is it posible to use the hot side from a garret t 25 on a stock wrx td04 turbo?

Might have better luck looking over at NASIOC. Not sure why'd you want to use the TD04 anyways, it really is a tiny turbo compared to say a 16g.

If you want to use a suby turbo, go for the VF-39/43. It's smaller than a 16g, but it'll spool up faster. If you want to get really really fancy you can go for a VF-34 or some other japanese twin-scroll.
